Transilience is about changing the world.  The only moto to establish Transilience is to create a revolution amongst the masses and show them the right career path. The youth is confused nowadays, which career path to choose. And those who have chosen it already aren’t sure, whether that was the field they really wanted to be in.

Hence Change is the only constant in this world. We are here to direct the youth to choose a field that they would love to pursue and not the one they would be enforced upon by others.

Data Driven

Just one out of nine children finishing school joins a college. India has one of the lowest higher education enrollment ratio of 11 per cent. In the US it is 83 per cent. Hence even a child joins school, % of completing it is very low.

Research Led

According to NAAC, 90% of the colleges and 70% of the universities in the country are of either average or poor quality. Many students in such colleges don't even have proper classrooms

Result Oriented

The US currently accounts for over a third of the entire world’s output of articles in science and engineering. India, in contrast, accounts for less than 3 per cent of research papers published and in terms of citations barely 1 per cent.

Training Shortfall

Government funded schools are suffering from the chronic problem of shortfall of teachers. Our students are only taught to mug up things than to really implement them in practicality.

We Want India Ahead

We do not charge anything for our services. Our main aim is to make youth understand and reach every field that they are interested in and not just Engineering, Management and Doctorship.

The Process

Strategies That Work

We analyzed many areas related to education and here is what we concluded.

RESEARCH

Our research on the education system of the country found out that.
• In India, only 53% of habitation has a primary school.
• 50% of Indian children aged 6-18 do not go to school.
• In nearly 60% of schools, there are less than two teachers to teach Classes I to V.
• Less than half of India’s children between the age 6 and 14 go to schools

DISCOVERY

After researching the information we discovered the real reason behind this.
We came to the discovery that
• Many youngsters are stuck in their careers as if they have just chosen it for money and not taking into account their interests.
• Dropout rates increase alarmingly in class III to V, its 50% for boys, 58% for girls.
• 1 in 40, primary school in India is conducted in open spaces or tents.

ANALYSIS

After collecting the data and resources we analyzed it.
The analysis of all this is
• We really need a system in which students or the youth really know where there interest really lies
• The conclusion for it is education is for the upliftment of an individual which woud lead to his overall growth .
• Without proper education one could be fooled easily
• Hence the analysis is for the fact is ‘Educate the Uneducated and ignite Knowledge in everyones mind’

CONCLUSION

At the end, we came to a conclusion.
The solution of all this is
• We need to educate our children regarding where their interest really lies.
• Do not force your children to pursue a specific field, considering them a revenue generation model, who would make you rich.
• Instead of doctors, engineers, and managers we need children who would be good humans first.
